Yes, our notary services are valid throughout Indonesia as deeds created by a notary have national legal force. We are also ready to assist with processes outside Cilacap if needed.

For land certification, you need to prepare the original land certificate, KTP copies, and a ownership statement. We will guide you through the detailed document preparation process.

There are no additional fees besides the listed price. All costs are included in the price we offer, including administrative and notary processing fees.

We provide pick-up and drop-off services for clients who cannot visit the office. You can also grant power of attorney to another party to represent you in the notary process.
